After clearing the cache

If you have hardware such as till, barcode scanner, and receipt printer connected to the computer in which the browser cache has been cleared, please re-select your preferred device name on the iconnect360 application. See instructions.

How to clear cache in Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Tools chrome tool icon at the top right of the browser.
  2. Select Safety > Delete browsing history...
  3. In the pop-up window:
    1. Tick the checkboxes for Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
    2. Click Delete.
