After clearing the cache

If you have hardware such as till, barcode scanner, and receipt printer connected to the computer in which the browser cache has been cleared, please re-select your preferred device name on the iconnect360 application. See instructions.


How to clear cache in Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu chrome tool at the top right of the browser.
  2. Select Safety > Delete browsing history...
  3. In the pop-up box:
    1. For timeframe, select the beginning of time from the dropdown options.
    2. Tick the checkbox for Empty the cache.
    3. Click Clear browsing data.
